Meet Our Dentist
Dr. Lucas Trerice
Dr. Trerice grew up in Olympia, WA where he was voted “Most likely to watch PBS” in high school. He earned his B.S. at TESC, studying pre-med and giving underground tours of the legendary steam tunnel system.
He earned his D.M.D. In the inaugural class of the UNLV School of Dental Medicine, where he was the founding president of the student research club and earned his 15 minutes of fame as an internationally renowned prankster.
Having worked with children exclusively since 2008, Dr Lucas taught dental assisting for two years, worked with a children’s nonprofit dental clinic for seven years, and is a member of the American Academy of kids dentistry. He has dabbled in legal consulting, been a professional yo-yo instructor, semi-professional game designer, and an amateur squirrel whisperer.
Dr. Lucas believes that kids should enjoy going to the dentist, and being a big kid himself, he knows how to cater to children. He is excited to be putting his many years of experience in caring for children’s dental needs to use in the community.
When not practicing dentistry, he spends time playing and reading with his wife, daughter, and a lazy dog that many mistake for a pile of laundry.
